Finishing

HH is a quality oriented organization. There are strong checkpoints at each stage of finishing , starting from trimming to inspection of goods to ensure that the final product is as per customer requirement . HH have a capacity to pack 7000 pcs per day . We have a team of experienced individuals who vigilantly examines the product at each and every stage of production .

We have a checking process of 3 stage which comprises of :
1) General Checking : which consist of 5 individuals in a team and 1 senior QA who examines the product after trimming and issuing the product for press .

2) Final Checking : In this stage the product is checked after it has passed through the press stage . We have 4 QC which are in this stage of checking and 1 senior QA who inspect each lot .

3) In the final stage QA manager randomly inspects the lots after packing of goods to ensure that the quality standard is up to the mark . Once it is done , goods are then placed in carton and move to warehouse . HH uses a strict policy for inspection which are conducted on AQL 2.5.
