Cutting

HH have a centralised cutting department equipped with latest cutting machines which are operated by experienced workers , having complete knowledge of cutting techniques.

We have 2 cutting tables which gives us a daily outcome of around 5000 pcs / Day.

Besides this we have quality control staff who ensures that quality standards of cutting are met in production such as shade band checking before issuing lot , 100% panel checking after bulk cutting and 1 pc numbering sticker after bulk which helps operator to join panels of the same sticker in stitching.
